I just picked up a trailer a few weeks ago to use as a camping rig, and just realized 1) I need to finish my truck before I worry about a camping rig, and 2) I am getting the gun itch with the way things are headed and I need something to carry. So my trailer is up to see if I can reel in some cash for a pistol.
Its a short bed from an 80s chevy pickup that had the frame cut and welded up for a trailer. The hitch is for a 2 5/16 ball, and pulls very well. The taillights on the bed are wired into a trailer wiring harness for function, and work well.
The bed is in great shape, has no rust, and with the exception for 1 small ding, is straight and in great condition. The paint is black and grey two tone with peeling in some areas. It also has chrome trim that is in pretty good shape. This would be a perfect camping rig/ hauler for scrap, or if you just want a straight short wide bed for your truck this would be the ticket. I am asking $600 OBO for the whole thing, or would consider trades for a .40 semi-auto pistol.
