Sold Chevy Truck/K5/Suburban Part Out

The wood panels could have been built to work without extra screw holes by using the same screws that already hold the cluster cover on - that's what I used to have. If that cover was used with any of factory packages trim, whether burlwood, aluminum, etc., those extra holes would be covered. Plus any cover could be drilled to take the wood panels, which is why I say they can be separated. I already have the dash and door panel inserts, so I don't really need the whole package.

I can't really picture a factory trim package that would use wood inserts so short. It seems like there should be a pull handle in the middle of it.
 
I will take the core support, grille and bezels shipped to 93549 if their still available and you are willing to ship them. Thanks, PM sent.
 
All I can tell you is I picked the truck up from the original owner and all this stuff came on it. This was a geneva conversion-like a conversion van-it had console with tv and all the rest of the interior was trimmed in wood including the rear a/c box. I will not sell the black cluster cover seperate because it allready has holes in it for this wood trim and I will not ruin a dash bezel to use this wood later on.

seat mounts

Here are the pics of the brackets for the bottom of third row seat. I also have the 4 chrome trim panels that slide into the floor mounts. I am willing to take the mounts off the seat if you want them make an offer.

Heads Up

I bought a set of tail lights from this guy advertised "Like New". They weren't. Not even close. They arrived with a creased bezel and scuffed and scratched lenses. He has no interest in making this right either. Beware and proceed with caution.
 
Out of the dozen or so things I sold on this forumn this guy is the only complaint I received so far. I presented detailed pictures of the tail lights and there were no creases or scratches when they left here. This gentleman was looking for a perfect product and didn't want to pay for it.

20+ year old parts are NOT perfect thats for sure. :dunno: if you are that pickey then buy new or n.o.s to be sure 100%

did you 2 try and play nice in pm's before just drumping this in here for bad seller info ?

and stuff i got from him was as pic's sent to me . no problems here with stuff i got .
 
Yup; I have a pile of PM's to no avail. I truly hope my transaction was the exception and not the norm. I didn't expect perfect, but I DID expect as described. Of course the crease was there when it was shipped; it was packaged well enough and the box arrived undamaged. I should have known better than to buy from a new member whose only posts were from selling stuff, but I took a chance. I'm only out forty bucks so I'm not making a big deal out of it. I just wanted to post a heads up. I know I would appreciate it from others. I consider the matter closed.
 
Obviously you don't consider the matter closed because if you did you wouldn't be bashing my for sale ad. I did offer resolution....I offered to refund you the amount you paid minus all shipping charges. I don't want to lose money because you couldn't look at pics.

I didn't want to lose money either becase you misrepresented the item. Don't state "Like New" if it's not. This isn't bashing it's the truth. This back and forth is pointless and likely to be deleted by a mod which is exactly what you want. I do consider the matter closed and this will be my last post on the subject.
