I have a 3.8 v6 and a 5.7 vortec.

Tried to buy a car for my oldest at an auction yesterday. He really wanted the 89 Caprice but they both bid up too high. I kinda regret not getting the Caprice but the owner left a note saying it may need a head gasket. Wish I coulda asked why he thought that. It didn't smoke while it was running.
