I’ve been driving past this Blazer for 4 years in Loretto Tennessee. It has new shocks and brake lines and is rusted all the way out.
Being from Michigan...that isn't rusted all the way out.

Thats true, rust is subjective especially up North. Its way more body work than I’d ever get into.
