choke not turning off?

ok, now that the lift is done, and im back on the road, its on to the little things.

i have a new holley truck avenger on my motor, and my choke wont go down on its own. it is electric, and i have the right wire hooked up, so im lost.

HEY YOU STOLE MY FLAG......... Nah just kidding. I had a problem with my choke when I put on my Edelbrock and found out I had it wired to a constant hot instead of a switched hot. Then it stayed open even after warm but adjusted it a little and it has worked fine ever since.

I've got a truck avenger on mine too and my choke will stay on forever. I found out that after it gets a little warmed up that if I just hit the gas to the floor then when it hits let it up that it drops back down to normal idle.

take a little piece of wire, and wire that bitch open permanently.

mine does that also, but i thought the whole idea was so that you didnt have to.
