2....CK5 Membership give aways..

Because I would have never had the cajones to tackle my axle swap/lift/etc. if it wasn't for CK5 and all it's members

Not sure if your daughter will like it but I think it's a good reason.
 
because my membership is running out in a week and i have NO money (buy my stuff in the for sale forum :deal: )

id rather see a "never been a member before" member get it before me. ill figure out someway to get mine renewed
 
because i am way to poor of a college student to afford a membership cuz 25bucks is like gas for half a week or few days for my K5! i cant afford that right now, plus my lil sis who is also 13 loves to go off roading with me and with all the help from these guys on CK5 she's been able to because i had the knowledge to make my truck off-roadable! BTW thanks guys!
 
Because I am a broke college student who just forked out $1600 to student teach this spring and not get paid a cent to do it. Oh yeah and I have been coming to this site since the beginning, back when I was a high school student 6 years ago.


Honestly, when I think about it if you pick me to win, in true Ck5 spirt I will bequeath my winnings and give the membership to whoever the next person to post up below me is:xmas:

Edit: I will give it to the guy above me (stockk5), because he came up with the same 'poor college' excuse as me (no pun intended):grin: and I can't hang around to see who posts below me (have to get off the computer and study for finals:()
 
In regards to the Free Membership:
I got my first taste of Blazer Fever in 1972. A friend of my Dad's in
Jackson Hole had a brand new shiny red 72 Blazer. My three brothers
& I thought it was the greatest thing on wheels. I was fourteen at the time and the oldest of the four of us.
I have driven nothing but Chevrolet since I was 16, and started working in Parts at a GM Dealer when I was 18. All together I've worked in GM parts about 24 years, 20 at the current dealership.
At 15 I got my first car, A 1968 Chevelle SS, still have it. At 20 I bought a 1975 K20, still have it. After my 3rd son was born I picked up my Blazer, a 1984,that I have put about 220,000 miles on, we still have it. Then we were surprised with twin boys, the Blazer got pretty crowded, so we bought a 1991 K10 Suburban, the 5.7 still runs strong, but I didn't want to over do it towing, so we now also have a 1999 K2500 Suburban, with a 454.
Between My Parents, Brothers, 1 Son, 22 , and another, 16. now looking, the total number of Blazers we've had or built is Twelve, Six are still in The Family, with more on the way. (The Twins won't have their license for another 4 years.
Yeah, that'll be a trick!

I a 17 yeard old kid in high school and with the gas prices going sky high money is tight ans I may have to sacrifice certain luxury items (such as CK5 membership) so if yall want my knowledge in all of the forums you could pick this broke kid and put a smile on his face :frown1:

...because I got my car impounded last Saturday downtown. After walking 10 city blocks to get to an ATM (tow yard accepted cash only), then having to hail a cab, with the driver who could barely speak english, after a $20 cab ride and $247 to bail my car out of the impound yard, I'm broke!

I plan to buy and mod a K5, to not only wheel but to act as a limo so I can put all of my friends in it when we go places, since my car is a 2 seater. Also, make it so large it will never be able to fit on a tow truck again muwhahahaha :D :D
 
You want to choose me because I have a bright yellow 1969 GMC pickup, instead of one of those dime-a-dozen K5's:p:

I am also a broke college student, and my gf dumped me on valentine's day. my truck doesnt run either :( make me happy and give me a membership!
