Ok after reading the ad several times I think I figured this one out. It's a 3/ .25 as in 25 cents or"quarter" ton, 3 quarter ton. OOOH CLEVER, CLEVER! he a sharp one!

I wonder if you get more than one truck? I mean he didn't say 3.25 ton truck, it clearly states 3.25 tons, as in plural.
