powermaster chrome high output alternator with billit underdrive pulley that was on my 89 iroc Z28. used for about 3 hours. its still in excellent condition. i've also got the billit aluminum waterpump and crank pulleys. will sell all 3, with the alternator for 200.00. email ron09517 at aol dot com or ron09517 at yahoo dot com

the brown spot in the pic is the brand name sticker "powermaster" it is not a rust spot

What year are you putting it on? The CS130 alternator does need some specific wiring to work correctly. The pin out is P L F S It's really important that the L terminal is connected to a charge indicator or dummy light. If you have an older style wiring setup with an old 12si alternator, you can get a wiring adapter, part number 140 through Powermaster that has the correct voltage reduction.

If that alternator doesn't work, you can send it in to Powermaster for repair to:

Thank you!

Wow, Thanks! And Welcome to CK5! It looks like the same one I have now. I didnt pull the connector, But both alternators look identical. The pulley is also the same. I thought I would have to switch it out, But I dont have to. I have a 1987 GMC Suburban 1/2 ton. 350TBI,700R4,NP208.

Thanks again!

Cool, you should be good to go then. '87 and '88 are funky, my '88 K-5 had the older style alternator.

Technically they should have all had the new alternator in '87, but I always wonder if GM just used the old ones until they ran out.
