Anyone order any parts from them how does there stuff compare to lmc probally not much diffference. Looking at there floor boards as I currently do not have any thanks

I've done mostly LMC but have used Classic Parts before back when they were Chevy Duty. The quality seemed pretty good. I think they sell more OEM parts than LMC does.

I order a bunch of stuff from them over the years. Good company, prices aren't the best, their parts are usally good though and they have a good selection, some parts that are difficult if not impossible to find in other places. I like thier catalog tells you if it's a GM, OER certified, or general aftermarket part.

I did get one bum part, a dash pad, it had some major defects, called them, they shipped me a new one and paid for return shipping.

I've also ordered from Classic Industries as well. They have a great catalog and when I got a head liner that didn't fit, they took it back no problem even though it was an oversized shipment.

I've bought a bit of patch panels from Classic parts. Their body replacement/patch panels are some of the best available, and they do have some pieces that LMC doesn't. I've had a few parts that I wasn't pleased with and I just reworked them to make them fit. I probably should have had them send me replacement pieces. From what I've heard from others, they are real good about customer service and making sure you're happy. When I need more patch panels I'll get them from one of these places......

I have ordered from both Classic Parts, Classic industries. Most of the stuff I got from Classic parts were GM parts. With Classic Ind. you have to order the GM parts if they have them. Both Have been good to deal with. I did order some seat cover from Classic Ind. that where suppose to look like factroy, but were cheap and dideven look right, so I sent they back with no problem.

Thanks guys another question looking at patch panels for quarters as well not sure I have the abiltiy (or the budget) to replace the whole thing whats the opinion on using the patch panels mine are fairly pooched
In Michigan I would personally advise against patch panels. The welds will rust out quickly in that environment. It can be done, but if the budget is tight I think you are probably going to be better off saving a bit more and doing a complete quarter. As far as ability, you are on the best site out there and there are plenty of people here that can give pointers and advice on doing the job.

As for parts, I have dealt with both LMC and Classic Parts. Hands down I will only buy from Classic Parts, unless it is some odd thing that I can't get there, then I will get it from LMC.

No doubt the brotherhood could help me get it all straitened out. Another thing that is kinda stoping me from going that route is well I kinda have bushwacker cutout flares and dont think I could hack a new quarter to put them on. I guess I really dont know where to stop anymore it started out as floorboards and a lift. I just got back from a cross state trip for rust free doors and rear bumper, but also bought a hard top and dash pad. Also got rust free front fenders and a whole new rear floor earlier this year.

I got the bug hard to believe I paid 350 for the truck and have well.... I dont even want to think about how much in parts.

I would say do new quarters, cut them for the flares, then spray the inside portion with bedliner to prevent rust, then finally install them.

I am just speaking from personal experience that patch panels don't last more than a couple years here, and I know that MI is much deeper into the rust belt than we are.

Classic industries are great. I just drive 7 miles from the house and pick up whatever and it fits great.
Oh, and it's 67 degrees here right now too.:wink1:

I like the bedliner idea I mean hell im this far in the project why half ass it now in all honesy I dont think im going to use the blazer in the winter just kinda a spring summer fall no road salt kinda think.
