Classic Revolution Bezel and touchscreen

There were some issues with delivery and customer service early on. I have not seen any mention of them being delivered to anyone to install yet. All of the negative reviews magically disappeared from the website too.

I don't know anything about the reviews disappearing, but his email list says all the pre-orders have shipped. I guess there was a big holdup from the supplier in China and the guys communication about it was really poor.

Looks like a cool product though. You could pull the trigger and let the rest of us know. Just use a credit card in case you have problems trying to return it.

My Blazer has been credit carding me to death. And it's not even roadworthy yet.

I picked up Classic Revolutions Gauge Backlight rewire kit to try. It hardwires all the back lights together off of the climate control bulb wires, and is around $35. I was about to install it, but I just took the gauge cluster out and bent the contacts of the bulb holders for a better connection, which seems to be working.

What I did many years ago was to solder wires between all the socket tabs. This way as long as some of them are making contact, all of the bulbs stay on. The socket now can't be fully removed from the cluster, but you can get if far enough to change the bulbs. It seems like that harness above could have been made the same way. Bending the tabs was always a temporary fix for mine.

yeah I need to do something you never know which gauges you'll get light for any more on mine. My whole IP bucket and bezel are on their last legs. Next time I dig into the dash is to renew the bucket and bezel. I did check out the ip lighting loom thought is was a good idea and a good price
