Do a carfax on the truck and you probably could tell if it hit 100k or not. After looking at mine, I'm at 323,000 miles. Pretty easy to see the historical.

On the other hand, it sure looks very clean on the interior and exterior. If it's 142k or 42k it still looks to be in great condition......
