2 - New General Spring HD 52" Chevy Rear Springs with rubber bushing. Stock height / 8 leaf / 3390# capacity. Bought these and didn't use them. Paid $129 each, looking for $150 for the set.

2 - Used 52" Rear Springs of 76 K5. Don't know if these are worth anything, how about $25 for the pair.

4 - New 3.5" U-Bolts with nuts. Think I paid $13/each - how about $40 for all four. Again, purchased with the springs but never used.

2 - Helper Springs, make unknown. Installed by po of the Chalet. Includes the little u-bolts and nuts. $20 for the helpers ore free with the used Chalet 52 inchers above.

3/4 Ton 14bff/ Dana 44 - 3.73 Ratio. Dana 44 has no outers, 14 bolt is rusty but gears and insides look to be in good shape. No signs of seal leakage. One e-brake cable is intact, one isn't. Haven't looked under the brake drums. "Borrowed" 6 of the bolts out of the axle flanges to use on the 14bff I stuck under the Chalet. Both carriers are open. $275 for the set.

1/2 ton running gear out of the Chalet. 3.08 gears. Dana 44 has newer Warn Premium lockouts. Rear 12 bolt is complete but brakes parts are in a box. Drums are there, little pieces may or may not be. $150 for the pair.

Not sure where you got that... from what I read, he has 4 U-bolts that are for a 3.5" (not sure if that is lift or axle tube diameter though).

my bad. 3.5" is axle diameter, I had them built for a 14bolt. 10.5" long, which is about long enough to accomodate a spring pack plus 4" blocks.

Prices are obo, I'm not married to any of this stuff. I'd think the springs would be a good buy if your building a tow rig, or just want something stiff to go with a shackle flip.
