Clevis mounts?

I saw in Bens build thread the clevis(D-ring)mounts for the front of the frame. They have 3 holes to mount into the tow hook holes. Who makes/sells these? I want em! Anyone have pics of them installed?

Kert from DIY4x made these bad boys up for me. Why the funky shape? I don`t know All I know, is they will bolt up, and give me a place to mount clevis
