Clevis mounts

Building a bumper on my DD 07 Dmax and have been looking around for weld in Clevis or d-ring mounts.

Obviously they are all over but the problem is the longest I have found is 4.5 inches, I need them about 6.

Anybody have any sources or links? Trying to save time on this project instead of making them.

I'd contact Kert at DIY4X.com, I'm sure he can make those in no time and a reasonable price.

I would second the DIY4X if you can't find one "off the shelf". I have had them make a couple different items to my custom specs.

Pray tell, why do you need the extra 1.5"? Are you using really big box tube?

It's going through 2x3 tubing and another 1/2 inch plate and I want enough to weld in front and back. If it was 5 even I could probably make it work but 4.5 will be too short.

I will probably end up getting ahold of Kert.
