i havnt clocked a 241 or 208 but i have clocked a 205 , what i done was redrill and tap new holes in it , it dont take much to get big results , i moved my holes a 1/2 inch and it moved my front output close to 2 inches , i had to do a minor shifter modification on mine but you might not have to with the 241 or 208 , its been so long since i have had any dealings with a 208 that i cant remeber how the shifting linkage goes
