I'm not quite done but here are a couple of pics. Only thing that I see is it's going to be fun to run the exhaust down past the case.

Nice, for exhaust just run a single 3" system down the drivers side like the factory. Looks like plenty of room on that side:D

Dik

I already have the stuff for dual 2.5". My crossover pipe was pretty flat from hitting a few rocks so I decided on tucking in duals. Either way I would need to get a pipe through there because I can't run a stock crossover pipe any more.

Whenever I put in my 205 I pushed the t-case up a lot when I built the new crossmember so I didnt have much room around the t-case either. ALso I had a shackle mounted beside to the t-case for the front radius arm so I had to have a y-pipe and it had to go down the passenger side. Well this is what the guy at the muffler shop had to do. He had to do this on 2 other rigs that I know of too. One has a STAK III t-case and the other is running a 203'205 doubler.

Driver side. It bend forward and goes under the oil pan.

I've seen that done before. I'm running headers so doing that is almost impossible. I really don't think I'll have a problem getting a pipe through there.

Here is how I had mine done. Dual 2.5" to single 3". I do not have to move any exhast to drop the trans or tcase anymore. I have the case clocked all the way up and the skid plate is 1.5" below the frame rails. I could not get a flat belly with out major hacking (I did have to do minor) to the floor as I dont have any body lift.
