Got my Black box from nwt fabs, and getting ready for the install. Im thinking I should clock the 205 flat since I have that ability with the black box but is this to much clocking for the205? will it hurt it? such as starving it of oil. I also have a 1" body lift so Im thiniking I should be fine for any clearance issues with the shift linkage but I could be wrong.

:bow:it wont starv of oil only get more since the fill plug will be up higher...alot of guys on my other boards use them and a 203 double and clock them both flat and have no problem

Actually, clocking the 205 up will move the fill plug slightly higher but you will have less oil in it when you go to fill it. People have been using the doubler 203 range box PTO cover to get more oil into the 205.
