So yeah I've got alot of questions about clocking since the ring is sitting in my room now. I'm only going up one notch so my exhaust isnt going to be a problem, just going to use a flex pipe to simplify things.

The next problem that comes to mind would be my skid plate/ crossmember. I'm thinking if I use the stock crossmember and space it up inside the frame perhaps. Any ideas? I'm trying to figure out the easiest way since I have limited resources to a welder. Think I could drill a piece of square stock to work?

Is the actual height of my transfer case where it mounts going to change or just rotate a little? Pictures would be a huge help.

I wish I had better pictures for ya.
The clocking rind goes in between the front of the case and the adapter. The mount is on the adapter. So your tcase rotates and your mount does not change. To get the added clearence you will have to build a crossmember.
There may be some picts if you search clocking ring, if you have not tried that.

Take a look at the pic I posted in your first thread. Shows you what I did for mine. The front shaft wouldn't have cleared if the x-member if the t-case would have been clocked any lower, but it should give you some ideas.

Ah ok upon further inspection of that picture your reffering to I see exaclty what you mean. So at the very least I can leave the stock member in there to get things bolted up. Then worry about making a new one.
