Clutch adjustment

I have an 86 k5 blazer with a hydrolic clutch and I just changed the clutch recently. But when I engage the clutch it doesn't engage until the pedal is almost all the way up. Can I adjust the hydrolic clutch system and how?

If the pedal is all the way up no, the push rod controls the engagement point, I had a problem with my setup and the fork was hitting the bellhousing. So check that and see what is going on, obvious two people is required.
