ok ck5, this is bugging me. lets start from the beginning. i have a 465 with a hydro clutch. i got a new master and a used slave (i know i know) i have tired everything to bleed it. only way i got a pedal was unbolt it, push in piston by hand and crack bleeder. now i do have a good pedal. but it is still not fully engaging the clutch. as in i push in the clutch and it is still in gear. think i need to know use a prybar and hold the clutch fork from moving then bleed it more? or my rods on the MC and SC not long enough? thanks ck5

im going to try the prybar and holding the clutch fork way of doing it. i dont understand what you were talking about with the bubble though. can you post up a pic of the master cyl and circle what your talking about or explain better, o hope thats not my problem and all i have t do is bleed mine more

the plastic nipple on top of the newer masters has a bubble dome in the inside of the peice. it wont let fluid fully get all the air out. its white in color and your remote resivor hose attaches to it. if you look close you might just see a bubble of air if someone pumps the pedel for you.

i tryed for 3 hrs non stop in the shop with 2 diffrent guys and 1 qrt fluid. still no real 100% pedel. 50/50 shot of pedel and no clutch at all when the bubble got sucked in just a bit.

removed it all as 1 unit and fliped the master and blead it that way. bubble come right out and still driving the truck to this day with no problems.

you have all hydro parts with hydro fork and not a 3 fingere clutch right?
