clutch break-in?

well ive got my truck pretty much driveable at this point and im curious about breaking in the new clutch on my 465.

ive been advised just to take it easy, and there aren't any special procedures. how many miles before i should rag on it?

this is a new luk pro gold 12" along with a new pressure plate and flywheel.

I really don't think you need top worry about breaking it in. Maybe just keep from slipping it a lot for the first few miles to allow some material transfer. I ragged the hell outta mine right out of the box (as you have witnessed) and haven't had one problem. Can't wait to see it wheelin' again!
