Hi there,
The quick story is my clutch is not fully disengaging.
I think I've narrowed my problem down to the master cylinder pushrod not having enough 'throw'. The whole setup is custom so I've had to fab some parts to fit an nv4500 in a 71 k5. I specifically had to make a custom arm that activates the pushrod and I think mine is too short.
I know it's a longshot, but thought I'd ask a favor. Can anyone with a late model GM with manual tranny measure the amount of master cylinder pushrod movement you have? Or if you have a 95-ish tranny, how long is the arm (from pivot center to pivot center) that the pushrod snaps onto?\
The measurement I'm looking for is shown in the picture between the two red + markings.
