Yesterday drove the blazer around no problems,
Then ran to hardware store bit later and the clutch pedal felt like i lost some resistance, then was fine, then again. Pulled up to a stop sign with clutch pedal engaged, as soon as I began to let out, it already grabbed and pedal was barely inch off the floor. Stopped at auto parts store and checked fluid, maybe half full, not too low and refilled. Tapped the fluid line maybe had a bubble? Pumped the clutch, still no change. I just limped it back home.
I just got a new clutch and converted to hydro like 2 summers ago. Maybe 5-7k on it. Acts like there’s air in the line, but I didn’t see anything leaking either.
Is it symptoms of a bad master or slave u guys think? Or maybe something in the clutch? Just happened outta nowhere.

Sounds like master or slave is leaking internally. I wouldn’t think it would be air if there is no leak.

If its frigid out,the seals in the master or slave cylinder may have "shrunk" some and allowed fluid to by-pass and let air sneak in the system..especially if they have some wear on them..

1 tiny bubble can make these hydro clutches get real weird . i had one years ago that i had to remove the system as a unit and have a friend hold the slave and master upside down to force the air up and out as i pumped the rod my self by hand . we had the slave as the high point .

before we started we could see the tiny bubble in the master's top port were the resivor hose goes on the nipple . the way the nipple to master plastic plug thing was molded it had dome inside and would hold the air bubble and sometimes it would suck it in the system .

Thanks everyone. I think I’ll try to see if a friend can come help bleed it. Try to make sure there’s no bubbles before I start dropping cash on new parts.
