clutch question please help

ok I am on wits end. sad thing is I am pretty tempted to sell it. I have a 465/205 combo I swapped into my truck with hydro setup and a clutch from autozone (not three finger) for like 120 bucks. I got a new master and slave cylinder. I tried gravity bleeding, tried putting wood to stop the clutch fork from moving, tried traditional bleeding, tried extending the slave cyl rod about 2 inches. still clutch wont disengage. like when I start it and put it in a gear and push down the clutch the driveshaft still spins. my pedal feels good. any suggestions, please help? im getting really fed up with this.

You've got the correct clutch fork?

im guessing i got the complete hydro setup from a member on here he said he just pulled it from the truck.
