Hi folks, I just put in a rebuild 350 (first engine swap) in my '75 GMC 3/4. I have taken the clutch linkage assembly apart without sufficiently photographing the spring locations. Arrrrrr. Now I cant figure out where they go. I cannot find any decent photos online either. Does anybody out there have any suggestions? (or photos would be awesome too)

I have everything back together fine, except those two springs.
Thanks for any help.

That is because you didn't :pay-up-sucker-photo-u1.jpg

Not sure how to get the picture of the clutch linkage to you if your not a paid member...e-mail maybe ?..

That will be in my budget in about 2 weeks.
you can email me,

I tried posting the picture in the PM reply I sent you--not sure if that will work..

I never really tried sending a photo via e-mail,but I have attempted to several times ,but evidently Google Chrome is not getting along with Yahoo today--I keep getting a crash and an "Oh Snap" message..
Might be due to my XP computer and it not having the ability to accept the latest version of Chrome..

I'll see if I can figure out how to upload it to the media gallery--never used that before either...

Hey man, thanks for trying, I wont be offended if you say to heck with it and run screaming from the room! (I have done that many times myself) If it is an online image, If you want to , you can just stick the website address here, and just replace a dot or two with spaces... should translate as text in the message.

I think it worked enough, it is kind of small, but I can make out the info.... any idea where the OTHER end of the long spring attaches??

Yeah, the photo shrunk when I put it in the media gallery,it re-sizes them I guess..you can hold down the "ctrl" button and spin the mouse wheel to enlarge it some..(at least thats what my computer does)...

I'm pretty sure the longer spring hooks onto the end of the clutch fork, going by the picture...
