CO2 pressure regulator question

Can I use a pressure regulator intended for Argon/Helium for my CO2 airtank? I don't really care if it doesn't show the correct pressure, it is just to fill my tires. In other words, is it dangerous, will it blow up in my face, anybody know what the difference is? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

I just use a high pressure welding gas regulator with no problems.How much pressure is the gauge your looking at good for?
