A lot of guys can't fix a code 24, 32, 43 or have other driveability issues. This maybe a factory fault in your chip in the ECM. :eek1:

I have a book here with GM Technical Severice Bullitens that will show if you have an old chip or if it was updated to the new "Fixed" version.

I need the year, engine size, VIN CODE (see below) ECM number and BCC of your chip. But to know for sure you need a scantool or chip reader to get the Prom ID number. Without this number it's a waste of time for me to look up. So if you have this information and want it checked post up! :waytogo:

Find your VIN below. Most common for this website EFI trucks would be
VIN "K" see below. I can look up your GM cars too!

Dammit, how come you didn't post this a couple weeks ago? Just kidding. Next time I throw a code, I will look up this thread.
 
Just received the book in the mail today off eBay from a closed GM dealership... sorry I was thinking of you when I was reading it....:doah:
