Code 43 and 44

This is on my 91 Suburban. Every once in a while, I will get a SES light. Usually happens during WOT or fast acceleration. Once the truck is turned off, the SES goes away, and randomly shows back up. I pulled codes when I got home the other day and this is what came up. I will check on the connection of the knock sensor, and may even replace it. Anybody have any suggestions on the Code 44?

Code 43- The ECM did not detect a knock signal during near wide open throttle operation, or the knock sensor voltage was above 3.62 volts or below 1.44 volts for 0.5 seconds.

Code 44- Oxygen sensor voltage was under 0.2 volts for 50 seconds of closed loop operation
