Coil suspension and axle gears

I’m looking for suggestions I’m going from leaf springs to coils front and back axles and what gears I need to put in the front and rear differential if I want to rock crawl. I’m also thinking about putting a 383 or 5.9 Cummins in my 86’ Jimmy Blazer. Appreciate it.
