What a normal idle speed when a tbi 350 is cold? i went to start mine up this morning in about 40-50 degree weather and it seemed to idle really high around 1300-1400. is this normal?

That seems high to me. I have two TBI 350 vehicles and they both go through their closed loop cycle at about 900 rpms. Does it calm down after a few minutes?
Mine does the same thing. It go's away after 3 min or so.

its only that high for the first few mins. if i put it in gear and put it back in park it settles down.
