Colorado CK5 Club!!!!!

Sounds like a good plan to me. Basically, we're making an official name for the group that runs together anyway?
Maybe we could make it a regional section of ColoK5? I'm not sure what good that would do, but it might be nice to have a board for each region for organizing trips and local type communication. With so many new posts every day it can be hard to find local info on the main board.
If we had regions, where would kansas fall?

First off thank you for getting back to me on the body mounts I'll be placing my order next week. Now on to the next subject
It could be hard to find a place for Kansas j/k Could we group some state's together. How do groups like TLCA do it mostly by club's right? or make boards for each grouping ? Oh hell i'm sure their are a lot of idea's here to go from. What if instead of useing title's like wheeler how about useing the state that we are from like Highlander

Heck Stephen, Im still trying to find out what it takes to start this thing..(still awaiting the call from COHVC) but mabey Mr. fox could add The regional post's to the Main Index of CK5, IE: KS, CO, CA, ect.... Hmmm Just a thought..

Ok, guy's &amp; gal's I just talked to Bob Lane From the Colorado GO 4's, and found out some info on how we can get this thing rolling.
First as far as liability for a fellow K5'er doing something stupid, it will be written in to the "bylaws" that "we" or "Steve" or "coloradoK5.com", or whatever the club name, is not responsible for such an act,
Second: We have to write the bylaws! (I have a killer lawyer for the task)
Third: "we" I mean Members of the club, need to vote the president, treasurer, etc. into the club office.

Thetas about all I got so far, I'll let everyone know as soon as I get some more info...

By the way I DO need a list of K5'ers (Colorado only for now) who are SERIOSLY interested in the club so I can submit the list.

I know you have another post going but I missed this one.
We may need a secret posting spot for the local boys. It seems like I miss a day and the post is three pages down.
Unless times have changed, it shouldn't be too hard to start this up if you have the time to get it going. Should we all send you a PM with our imfo. for the start-up?
I threw the Kansas thing in because I knew Wes would be dancing on his seat about it. I think we should just worry about the local boys to start and can work out the others and teritories later. If we make the Club one big one, it will be hard to keep together without a lot of work. Keep it easy to start!
If you can, we could call our 1st meeting (oFfically or not) in Moab on Labor day. What do you all thnk?????

i think we should have different chapters, TX4X4.com has a good system going, if we could have a colorado chptr and a texas chptr(lots of ck5 members from the lone star state) and other chpts were there are a large amount of members.

The chapter concept is a good idea! Can the first meeting be here in Denver tho?
