colorado to the east coast RUST FREE PARTS ANYONE??

I am looking for a set of rear suburban barn doors second row seatbelts and a grille I could meet you at the topeka rest stop on I-70

I'm assuming for an '83? Any preference on color for the seat-belts? Chevy or gmc grille? Single Or Over under headlights? Shouldn't have a problem locating any of that.

Kinda looking for a complete stock driver for my mom, or maybe sister. Been looking but our area everything is either lifted or rusted it seems.

I'd suggest keeping an eye on cosprings.cragslist.org/cto and surrounding areas for that. I'll go and inspect/ take pics of any you are seriously considering. It would just be a lot of work for me to narrow down all your likes/dislikes on my own. Transporting wouldn't be an issue though!

Zim is there a difference in the 77-80 doors from the 73-76? I know 81+ have different interior design and glass thickness changed at some point too IIRC.

Yeah that is it, just the interior.
The doors themselves are the same 73-91 for both front and rear

That would be cool PB!
Looking for a pair of genuine GM doors 73-76 type, pickup or burb. No rust/or bad dents. And a Chevy tailgate. any year 73-91 body.
Hey Zimm, are you looking for power or manual doors?
I have a full set of crew cab doors but they are power.
I should be going to CO before he leaves so if you want them I'll take some pics for you and we can discuss details.

Yeah, what Iceman said, I think the door panels are shorter height than the 77+ designs also.

Interested:thumb:

if you want power they have to be 77+ doors, no factory 73-76 and the internals are supposed to be different enough that nothing fits.

so window regulators, runs, and vent windows don't fit the 77+ doors?

BTW, looking for a SuperSwamper bias 39.5-15-16.5 for a spare also...if anyone has one in the CO area, maybe we could get that on the truck too.

You are correct I have an 83. As far as seat belts go I do not care about color chevy grille with single headlights I am also looking for some 8 lug 16.5 inch wheels 9-10 inches wide

Pm sent. Lets talk complete tub or parts....

Miss the cape. Spent some July 4th weeks there in Falmouth, and sandwich. And had a lady friend to stop and see in bridgewater ;-)

I'm in need of a rust free cab and a driverside fender. I am serious about it too.

I did a quick search on Greenfield and wow that is in the middle of nowhere... lol I live next to Plymouth so if you end up cruising all the way to the cape then that would be real convenient. :deal:

wana redo my k30 but also wana crew cab so figure cab swap and short flatbed .

let me know if ya find one. and not afraid of a 2wd solid floor pan. got one on there now.

No interest in a 70's crew cab? Have a line on one. I would need to have a closer look at the condition, but wasn't going to make the trip back out to that yard if it wasn't anything you were considering.
