Burger King(sorry couldn't resist) - it goes on the outside. It is a die-cut sticker that is vinyl. WHen you get it, it will have a thicker paper backing and a thin paper top with the sticker in the middle.

LMAO! I'm not the only one with an incomplete windsheild sticker! Sorry rocko, I couldn't resist! After my 'K' and '5' went bye bye everyone had a good laugh at me!
Maybe this should be a warranty thing?

Be sure to clean your windshield real good before you apply the sticker, and preferably when it's somewhat warm out, I put mine on over a year ago with no problems.

My nephew and I have installed vinal graphics for quite some time now and the best thing to use to clean your windshield would be rubbing alcohol. Hope this helps.

MY K-5 DOESN'T LEAK... IT JUST MARKS ITS TERRITORY.

No matter what you do the wipers are gonna hit the sticker..

Also spray a small amount of windex on the window before you lay the sticker down, then use a credit card to squegee it out when you lay the sticker on. Let it sit so the windex dries, then slowly peel off the transfer tape. Oh yeah I'm the real numbnuts because I was scraping ice off my windsheild a few weeks ago and fudged up the M.

I think the problem gets worse when you put larger than stock wipers on...........I am running 18 inchers now, the stock ones I believe are 15. Makes a difference...........

I have a visor...........so I put my side ones on this weekend...................yeehah.

UseYourBlinker: I don't have any problems with mine...oh wait...IT'S ON THE BACK WINDOW!!! I figure thats what people are going to see the most of anyway!!!

Imagine 2 people driving down the road
1:"What was that?"
2:"Don't know, but it was big, brown, smells like sh!t and moving"
1:"Maybe this explains why the bathrooms were closed at that rest area."

the problem i have is that people are always asking me "what's colorado kansas dot com?". unless you have been staring at the sticker awhile or you just know what it is, the 5 looks like an S on the sticker and since i live about 3 miles east of the kansas state line everyone thinks that the "K5" is a "KS", which is the abbreviation for kansas. anyway i have always clear that up with people.

btw, my wipers are 16" and don't rub the sticker at all.

Anybody know a way I can install the windshield sticker on the inside? I don't want to put it on just to tear it off with the ice scraper next snow storm.

Soapy water works great too. Then you can move the sticker around on the winshield and get it in just the right spot.
