Anyone know where I can find a simple 14" air cleaner for my '74 and '79? I recall seeing many of them a few years ago, and now cannot find any.

Just looking for a simple powder coated orange or blue cleaner/cover for the Quarajets.

Wife left a few years ago............and she hasn't been back since. Think I have the OK to use the oven.

My be the best option, as I was looking for the "Chevy Orange" kinda feel.

I'll look into the home powder coat option, as the Moroso was not quite the color spectrum I was searching for.

I remember the ones you're thinking of. I haven't noticed them advertised in a while.

Come to think of it , I have a K+N extreme top lid , and its orange ( and chipped and fading too lol ) . Forgot all about that .

So if you don't mind a filter lid with a colored outside , you can get one of those lids .

I took an old cheap and rusty 14" Edelbrock air cleaner, sanded it with fine grit sandpaper, and painted it with chevy orange engine paint about 2 years ago. Still looks good after many miles and it was cheap.
