Column measurement needed please

Curious to see how much room I've saved via sinking the column into the dash and going with a smaller wheel.

How about a measurement from the gauge bezel to the column lock plate. Then from the bezel to the 6 o'clock position on the wheel. Stock column set up and if you have the original wheel that would be awesome. 67-72


hmmmmmm, I wonder if going from the top of the rear window to the wheel would be better.....
 
Basically to the base of the steering wheel.


The blazer has a lock plate, to lock the wheel when there's no key. The older trucks don't actually have one :doah:
