have 85 k5 1/2t wanting to do 52" springs up front 4" shackle flip in rear with 4, 4" lift 52" leaf springs for a total of 8" lift
any comments good or bad looking for both?

what are you building your truck to do? street rig? trail rig? rocks? sand? what size tires do you want to run? Basically, to give a worthwhile answer, we need more info...

Remember that there is a bunch of other stuff you will need to do to get that setup to work. Crossover steering, longer driveshafts (probably with a cv shaft in the rear), brake lines, etc. If you take care of all that your setup sounds good.
