What would be a estimated comp ratio I might expect with a 350 bored .030" with dish 4 valve relief pistons and 58 cc heads?

If the pistons are dished with 4 valve reliefs, you are looking at about 9.4:1 depending on head gasket thickness. If your pistons just have the 4 valve reliefs, then you are talking around 10.75:1
