compatable interiors for an 83 k5

I have an 83 k5 and i am trying to spruce up my interior. will parts such as dash components from the pick-ups work in there? What about the door panels from the pick ups? Any idea on the years I can use? Pretty much the only thing thats in good shape inside is the seats for some reason so replacing the rest will make it way more comfortable in there.

Yes front door pnl parts, dash components, and the like will work. Look for any thing from 1981-1987 in half ton trucks and up to 91 in blazers and burbs, along with the 1 ton crew cabs.

i have have been looking for burbs for the nice interior. they seem to have the silverado options more often, especially the 89-91s

nice info. I never even thought about the burbs. How about the carpet? If i wanted could a fit burb carpet into the blazer? I imagine in the end I am going to end up with a few different colors in my interior, unless I get lucky ha.

If you don't want to use the wiring and steering column from an 84+ you will need to keep your dash bezel 83 and older , they moved the wipers to the steering column starting in 84 , and they moved the headlight switch father away so the newer bezels have the hole in the wrong spot .
