I have an 88 K5 which was crashed so need the front grill, fendes hood, etc. and the transmission went out it has a rebuilt 454 with less than 50 miles on it wheels and tires are new all four shocks are new and the lift is new anyway it's collecting dust oh and it has stock axles with 2.73 gears yes 2.73 with 33" tires anyway I saw a 90 suburban that is complete comes with a freshly rebuilt transmission has stock axles with 4.88s and auburn lsd I believe on both (still haven't called) and 2 sets of rims with tires 17 with 35s and the other is 16 with 36s anyway my question is can i take the axles, transmission, the front end and front doors and put them on my K5 will they fit or what would I have to do to make them fit? Thanks in advance.....

Only thing I can think of really different, would be he headlight configuration, if they are different, then the wiring harness may need to be swapped as well, maybe a few splices here and there, but nothing major.

But as far as body panels and doors, yes, straight swap between those years.

Cool thanks I want to buy the complete burb its a good running truck for 2k then take what I need and part the rest..

Swap what you need and resell it as a parts truck. If the body's still alright shape you may be able to make some back on the deal.
