Parting out a '93 6.5 diesel engine--pulled with 200K on it, no idea if injectors or pump are any good, but they look original.

DB2831-4911 pump (core) with matching injector lines $250
Injector set (cores) $40
GM-3 turbo, looks good, no damage to turbine and spins freely $200
Exhaust manifolds $150
J-code turbo intake, upper and lower $75
Accessory bracket set for serp. conversion $100 and I can include the P/S pump, w/p, and crank pulleys. Alt. is a standard CS-130 and a/c compressor is also standard to 90's trucks, so no point shipping them.

ETC . . . . if you need anything else ask, and if these prices are in left field let me know. If you're interested in a complete turbo set up we can work a better price for the batch . . .

What's the mount pattern on the turbo? I have an ATS turbo set-up here that is complete, but the turbo is in pretty tough shape.

If you're taking dibs, put me in line pending whether it'll bolt up or not.

Do you also have a crossover pipe? It's one part i never got, and if you do I might be able to modify it...

Here are some pictures, hope this gives you the info you need. Let me know, I'm driving out to Salmon Arm tomorrow morning and could bring it with me if that helps. I do have a crossover pipe, it's a little rusty but solid still.

Turbine has no end play, fins are undamaged but greasy, and there is the slightest side to side play but does not touch the case. I think this is the way it should be? Wastegate also moves freely against the spring tension.

I'm interested in the whole turbo and serpentine belt package. What would you want for all of it?

Does $400 + shipping sound fair? If that sounds high make an offer . . . Shipping's going to be high for all that weigh, most likely multiple packages too, so thats something to consider as well. I'm away from home right now, but I can get you a shipping quote Thursday.

Was wondering if you had the cruise control bracket that the cable goes thru ? Mounts like the throttle.

Thanks

Jay:D

$400 plus shipping sounds fair, but I'm not that far away either... If you could get a shipping quote to 98251 I will compare it to running up in my car (maybe my motorcycle if I could figure out how to carry it all back). I'm not in any rush as these parts would likely go onto a spare 6.2L that I plan on rebuilding down the road. I'll also need the fuel injector lines between the injectors and IP.

Also, could you please get some pics of the serp bracket assy? I want to see if I can delete the AC pump with it (or replace it with a york for OBA at least).

You bet, I'll get that shipping quote and serp. pictures as soon as I get home--out in B.C. right now. Actually, if you're not in a rush, I'm heading out to Kelowna again end of June, and could bring all the stuff out and meet you somewhere.

Do you need the 4911 core as well as injector lines, or just the lines?

I'm not in a hurry, Kelowna would definitly be closer and likely cheaper than shipping. I'd like to grab the 4911 core as well. It would complete the package very well.

Any luck on the cruise control bracket ??

As in the bracket that bolts to the IP that the end of the cruise cable goes into? It is a '93 engine, so the cruise/throttle are all through the same cable . . . Or are you looking for a cruise bracket off of a 6.2, with two separate cables?

Hey,
The bracket that the end of cruise cable goes thru that attaches to the injection pump. The 93 that i have came out of a non cruise truck. I am doing a swap into a 97 gas 2500HD.The 7.4 has two cables. I have done the dual thermostat cooling so i need that second bracket. If it is from 6.2 so be it.

I think I'm going to have to back out... not going to be able to put together enough cash right now as I need to take care of something else instead.
