Complete brake rebuild on my 4BT 88 k5 -- any suggestions?

Last week my power steering to hydroboost line busted while on my way home. Instead of just replacing the line like a normal person would, it has struck the rebuild nerve in me. I'm looking to completely replace the whole brake system, new brake lines, new calipers, new rotors, new everything--besides my hydroboost that is..

I don't need the creme de la creme of brakes just looking for something that would take better advantage of the Hydroboost I added then the OEM brake system. If it helps my k5 is my daily driver and it goes off road around 2 times a year.
