computer plug in

I have an 89 blazer with the 350fi AT. I am having a problem with the motor not getting full power at take off, but when I put my foot into it a little it wakes up. I want to check the codes on the computer, but I can't remember which 2 holes I need to plug into under the dash. Can somebody tell which ones, and the process the check the codes. Thanks.

<font color=blue>Is the check engine light on? If its not you wont get any codes. Heres where you jump the terminals. I have the whole list of codes too if you want it.

Thanks for the diagram. I thought those were the ports, but wasn't for sure.

just use a paper clip to jump the ports it works like a charm!!
