I just got home and checked my engine before starting it and it had a little bit of the grey gunk that happens when water gets mixed with the oil. I checked it out and i can find it on the pvc valve and breather tube but not in the crankcase or anywhere else. could condesation after sitting for a week cause this to happen or do i have a bad pvc valve? ive been having problems with the pvc valve also, it rattles like its suppose to and has plenty of vaccum but i dont think it is working right, how can i tell if it is? thanks

It usually sits about a week while im at school. gas mileage is too bad to drive back and forth so it usually only gets drove on the weekend. thanks.

Condensation can build up if the engine is not run at operating temperature for a while. It will also build up if the PCV valve isn't working correctly. I change my PCV valve everytime I change my air filter, they don't cost too much.

i have the same problem with my quad but its from mud and deep water so i put a new o ring on the cap for fillin it with oil scine its close to the bottom and it seems to help now lol i gotta do is replace the rings so i can keep oil in it lol
