Confused about motor mounts for my LS swap

According to the reviews, you should be able to use those. I wonder if you will still need adapter plates for the side of the block?
But I don't believe that you have to worry about the oil pan width being a problem. And from what I understand, the front of the pan is fine as well.

Yes there is a big difference for the 4WD crossmember.

Yes, those are the engine mounts.
Yes, you still need the adjustable LS adapter plates and poly engine mounts

The oil pan I'm not sure. I changed mine to the GMPP "hot rod" pan so that it would tuck up some and not hang down like the stock truck pan. If you have a car pan, you might be ok. I think the truck pan works too, but it hangs lower than the crossmember. The GMPP pan is better protected against road debris or occasional rock because it's tucked more behind the crossmember. New one comes with gasket, tray, and pick up.

Once the motor is in, ya can't change it very easy lol

Sweet, so I get to drop over 300 bucks on motor mounts! I geuss that really is the right way to do it. So y'all really recommend against using the stock mounts with LS adapters. I think I will leave the stock oil pan, I'm trying to do this on a budget. My truck isn't lowered and probably won't be because I like the stock height and rake. My last question is with those CPP mounts, could I get away with buying the "stock location" engine mount adapters. They are about half the price of the adjustables.

I forgot you were 2wd, there is a big difference. I only have experience with 4wd.
As for the adapter plates, I used non-adjustable plates, but they did have 3 different mounting locations, so there was some adjustment. Not to expensive as I recall.

***EDIT*** I see now that you are asking about a 2WD appliction - Sorry!

FWIW, and I'm sure there are others who have posted the same/similar info....

I just got done putting an LS in my 72 Blazer (rock crawler). The motor is an L96 6.0, out of a wrecked 2015 Express 3500.

The stock 4x4 crossmember is too narrow for an LS engine to fit within it - (The LS Block is much wider than SBC/BBC across the pan rails, at that point).

Moving the driveline (trans and transfer case) forward by 2" was required (drill new holes for the Tcase and trans crossmembers).

Without doing so, the LS Head on the driver's side, contacts the firewall.

I used the engine crossmember from Pacific Fabrication (it uses GM style mounts), the Holley LS Swap pan # 302-1, and the trailblazer SS exhaust manifolds.

It is possible to use the stock truck pan, with the Pacific Fabrication Crossmember. However, the sump of the stock truck pan is so deep, I was worried about my differential pumpkin (D60) or rocks/etc potentially hitting it, so I sprang for the holley pan, and I'm very glad I did, it is a high quality piece.
