Is it possible to connect to a vacuum guage source directly on the intake manifold on a sbc 350 1978?

yes, undo the trans modulator vacuum line and plug in your guage. When done, hook the trans vacuum line back up.
Thanks. I think that may give me better readings. Right now I'm taking vacuum readings from the carb.
