Conversion u-joint

A few posts down there is a post titled 14 bolt or 12 bolt. on one of the replies a guy said that he put a 14 bolt under his k5 and made a conversion u-joint so the driveline would bolt up. I asked him to explain but he hasn't replied. may he hasn't been on line since. any way does any body know anything about a conversion ujoint?

I have a U-joint that is commonly refered to as a "Trick Ujoint" One the driveshaft side, its 1310, on the S/F 14blt side its 1350. I hope this helps.

Here is the one I used from NAPA: #447 and under the UPC code it says NUJ447. I think it was 24 bucks

Burb has a 14ff in the rear.
I believe Corey bought the s/f 14 bolt. they were available in light duty 3/4 ton chevy trucks. I think somewhere around 88 and up. Any one can correct me if I am wrong.

Burb, did the u-joint you bought fit w/o any modification for both your drive shaft and the 14 ff? Will this u-joint work in my 70 k5 and a 14 bolt?
