What all do I need to convert from my 1984 lights and grille to the side by side lights of a 1991? Is it just unbolting parts or is there some fabbing? A list would be nice.

Radiator support, headlight buckets, outer chrome grill center & headlight rings, wiring, headlights, turn signal/side marker lights.
You could prolly mod your radiator support but it would be hard to get right with out a 89-91 support to look at.

The wiring harness has a different plug at the firewall, so some kind of modification has to be done in the wiring.

I wouldnt think any wiring would have to be done. Im going from quad lights to quad lights. I can see maybe changing the plug going to the lights themselves if those are different, but I shouldnt have to touch anything at firewall.

I am getting ready to do the opposite 91 style to 87. Post up if you run in to any problems. And if there is something that you need(off the 91 grill) let me know.
