converting electric rear window to manual

Just in case anyone has been paying attention, theyll know that I'm having alot of difficulty with the rear window on my blazer, I was thinking about converitng it to a manual for ease of maitenance and to remove some of the headache. Any idea if all I'd need is the crank, or what would be entailed? I found one here.
