Converting stock crossmember to HD crossmember.

Well im considering abandonin the whole "trazer" thing selling the k5 frame and starting over on the k20 frame...

im stayin with the 465/205 the k20 had that standard pussy crossmember for the 350/203 to put my HD crossmember in i will have to drill new holes correct?

anybody have a good way for measurin this? i wouldnt have anyproblem if i had a bellhousing...id just bolt it all together andhold up the tranny/case with the crane while i painted where the holes would need be.

or is there no possible way to use the HD crossmember in this frame?

I tried to searcha nd im comin up with nothing...

What is "a/t" and "m/t" on the frames?

i meant auto tranny and manual tranny....im pretty sure they arent different and problay shoulda used stock crossmember-HD crossmember.
