Cool tool idea. Can you figure out why I made it?

So Cal.
I thought it might be fun to hear what you guys though of why I made this tool. Or, did I mess up and thrash and bend the hell out of a perfectly good 3" paint roller, or did I make this on purpose, and why. Here are some teaser pics. I'll post up answer pics if someone gets it. I'm working in the garage, but stopped just to post this lol :D.

I think I'd use it to change the radio station in the car next to me in a traffic jam. Or tap the drive thru guy (who has already wake-n-baked by 5AM) on the shoulder and remind him he's supposed to be handing people thier heart attack breakfasts.

I had one of those. Used to hang my extra electrical cords high and out of the way.

BINGO!!! Ya got it! YOU'VE WON! What you've won I have no idea but you've won! lol! Yep, I got tired of having my cords hanging on the walls taking up space for a possible cabinet for storage or whatever so I put hooks in the rafters and hung my cords up high out of the way. Lessens the clutter on the walls. The bend allows me to hang the telescoping pole up on the hooks too. Very happy with this setup.

But now you have to waste space storing the tool low enough for it to be accessible!
Cool idea. Saving that trip in the brain box

That use was what first came to mind. We used to use a very similar tool at the parts store for hanging fan belts up and out of the way, even radiator hoses as well.
